If you like eclectic, lyric-focused music infused with a mix of stylings that bring out the emotional truth of each song, along with smooth, resonant and lush vocals, you will like the Caroline Spence Band. The progressive-folk-rock sound is similar in style to Fleetwood Mac, Sarah McLachlan, The Smiths, The Cure, Pooka, Patti Smith, Folk Implosion, This Mortal Coil, and Sixpence None the Richer, if you mix until well blended and add a touch of gothic harmonies ala Cocteau Twins. | Reviews |
